Phi TRIFT II Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer is equipped with stigmatic focusing secondary ion optics and a time-of-flight mass spectrometer consisting of three sector electrostatic energy analyzers. Ionization is with a gallium liquid metal ion gun. Compatible with WinCadence 5.3 software.
